This Project Work requires you to work with a child between 1 to 3 years of age and prepare and implement an Parent -Infant Programme(IEP). You could work with a child below one year if you are comfortable.

This Project Work requires you to work with a child between 3 to 6 years of age and prepare and implement an Individualized and Group Teaching. In the text we have referred to IEP as “Intervention Plan” and “Teaching Plan” as well. Thus, the terms ‘IEP’ or “Intervention Plan” or “Teaching Plan” mean the same thing. You could work with a child below one year if you are comfortable. In this Project Work you will teach 4-6 children together in the age group 3-6 years using a topic/ theme. Take a group of four children if they are all children with hearing impairment.

The purpose of this course is to provide an in-depth understanding of the disability condition known as visual impairment. It will equip the learners as a teacher or community facilitator working with children with disabilities, to play a crucial role in facilitating their overall development. A foundational step in this preparation is to recognize the potential of children with disabilities and to acknowledge that disability does not hinder a fulfilling and enriched life.
