For December TEE:

1st Sept. to 30th Sept. without late fee
1st Oct. to 31st Oct. with late fee of Rs. 500/-
1st Nov. to 15th Nov. with late fee of Rs. 1000/-

For June TEE: 

1st March to 31st March without late fee
1st April to 30th April with late fee of Rs. 500/-
1st May to 15th May with late fee of Rs. 1000/-
